Today on Wholistic Hearts we kick off a series on Pursuing Wellness. We have discussed many things regarding spiritual transformation and mindset, and now we are going to focus on loving our bodies.
Throughout the series, we are doing a fitness goal of movement for 30 minutes a day for the last 7 weeks of summer. I am calling it the Rejuvenescence Challenge.
