Wholistic Hearts- A Journey from the Head to the Heart

Aug 26, 2021

***Disclaimer- I am not a certified health coach/nor a doctor. Please talk to your doctor or functional health practitioner for personalized care.

If you came to my house, you would see a cabinet...huge cabinet full of supplements.  We take supplements pretty seriously around here. We’ve walk a long journey of wellness, worked with many wellness practitioners, and did extensive research for fun on my own.

Most of our nutrients, if not all our nutrients should be coming from a Whole Foods based diet.  However, the quality of our food resources/food processing/the amount of pesticides all has depleted God’s natural way of providing us with enough nutrients.

So let's talk friend to friend. If you were text, email, or call me, and ask me "Kristin, I want to start supplements and I am not sure where to start." Listen in to hear what I would tell you...
